There are so many cleaning products on the market now a days that it is difficult to know which are the safest to use in a luxury kitchen with high quality units and worktops. Natural wood worksurfaces should have been treated with oil on installation and this should be repeated regularly to protect the surface from stains due to spills of liquid.
